We offer a flexible booking system where patients can book appointments from 8am on the day. We try to provide an appointment for each patient with the doctor of their choice but where this is not possible we will offer you an appointment with an alternative doctor working that day. We will leave instructions with reception should any follow-up be needed. For the results of cervical smear tests, you will receive a letter approximately six weeks later, unless the doctor advises you otherwise. Because telephone lines are busiest when the surgery opens in the morning, please phone 02392 812 033  for results between 2.00pm and 5.00pm.
